Through Go, you can have encounters with a lot of people, while gaining experience at both winning and losing. 'I'm glad. It's fun. I have regrets. Let's try harder.' These are typical reactions. You think of your opponents' feelings and feel respect for them. I think that being able to experience a wide range of emotions like this is splendid.

No matter how good a game you play, there are bound to be moves you can improve on. The fact that there's no goal where you can stop trying means that you keep trying to get stronger, that you have the potential to develop more, which is something that makes me very happy.
