Recently I've really been into 'citrons and pepper'.
They go well with any kind of food, meet, tofu, natto, etc., and I love them.
Last year, I tried my hand at cooking.
In summer, I smeared salt on green peppers and stored them in the refrigerator. In winter, I added citrons, so the dish was complete after half a year. I shouldn't boast, but it was really delicious [laughs].
The only thing is that I made a large amount, so for the time I'll be eating citrons and peppers morning, noon and night. |
