I am always a loss for the answer.
I have many repertories of cooking, but I don’t have any specialties I can be proud of.
I just love to cook as I love to eat!
When I visit Korea, I almost always eat kimchi-based hot pot.
Recently, I often cook the dish trying to make the taste of the real Korean food.
Unfortunately, my dish is far from the real taste of Korean kimchi-based hot pot.
I bought a lot of seasonings when I visited Korea the other day.
I keep trying to have my specialty!
