Watching TV games, I notice that male professionals sometimes have fans. Is there something you always take to a game or anything that you do or bring to give you luck? |

Hello, Ms. Eda.
I don’t use a fan, but I always take eye drops and a fluffy towel that feels good with me to games. If I press the towel to my cheek while thinking, I find the fluffy feel and nice aroma soothing. If I’m wearing makeup, it gets on the towel, so when I’m playing a game I usually don’t use makeup – for the sake of the towel. (In general, I don’t use much makeup anyway.)
As for things that bring me luck . . . Well, I avoid wearing the clothes that I was wearing when I last lost a game. I haven’t been playing many games recently, so I’ve forgotten which are the clothes I have to avoid.
I hope you find something soothing to take with you when you play go. |
