Hello.
It has been hot this summer, too, but how have you been?
I went to Korea to participate in the Samsung Fire Cup.
The result was..... I lost in the first round. (I was too weak.)
But my flight back to Japan was a week later, so from the next day, I spent everyday observing and reviewing other professionals’ games and playing rapid Go.
And besides Go games, I went for meals with the Korean professionals and they took me out, too.
Some of them speak Japanese or Chinese so we communicated in many languages. I was satisfied that I could speak some Korean which I leant from Korean dramas.
I hope I will be stronger and participate in the tournament again next year.
