In my case, I don’t have very much concentration, so these days when I study at home by myself I try to study mainly in the morning. I guess I study about two hours. Usually I go over the professional games that are played every week. Studying the commented games that appear in Go Weekly, Monthly Go World and newspaper go columns is also helpful. Besides this, a group of us gets together one a week to review our games and play fast games. I think that you are doing enough study, so if you are not getting stronger, the reason is probably lack of actual match play. Actual games are, after all, the most effective way to study.
